A graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture Paris-Belleville in 2016, Nicolas Sage strives to represent the atmospheres and visual space that surround us through different mediums – drawing, painting and engraving.

" Everything starts from reality, from what I see, even if nothing, ultimately, is purely objective . The basis of my approach is work on the motif in small or large formats. This is then developed in the studio with the help of various notes and complementary sketches taken in notebooks. My influences are diverse, ranging from Piranesi to Manet and Antonio Lopez Garcia."
